Perfect Love Cast out fear. In HIS love I need to learn to love myself just as HE loves me. The Love that he gives me continually I need to turn back around and love him just as much with it. Thats what we do with his love, we GIVE it back to him. I am not anything that the lies always tell me. The lord tells me I am:
WANTED
ACCEPTED
LOVED
A DAUGHTER
ROYALITY
HIS
BEAUTIFUL
(If I kept going, we would be here till he comes back)
I need need to learn to stand on these truths because those lies CANNOT define who I am anymore. God sees beauty in brokenness because that’s when he see that we want him more and we begin to understand the REALNESS of who he REALLY is. Im not perfect I need HIS help. Sometimes we just need to stop and let HIM tell us who we are, because we are so used to just listening to what others say we are. The only person who knows and see the real YOU is the Lord. So let him speak words of truth over you and tell you who he says you are.
While at debrief, I woke up one morning and just went outside and laid in the hammock on the porch and let the Lord just speak to me. Right in my view was this HUGE tree that had literally a million flowers on it. He turned me to that tree and told me,
“You know how a guy who loves you tries to bring you roses or a bouquet of flowers to show you how much you mean to him or how much he loves you? Well this tree is not even close to the amount of flowers/bouquets that I could give you. I love you so much more than you can imagine. I stand here showing you just a small branch of roses for you to show you that you are more than special to me, and if it takes more flowers than this to prove it then I have plenty more where that came from. I just want you to see and know that my love for you will never run out or leave you. If one of these flowers even thinks about dying, I will give you more and more and more and more. Just like my love, if you start to run out of my love, let me give you more and more and more and more.”
God is not kidding when he says how much he really does love us. If it takes him a lifetime supplies worth of those trees then he will provide it. He will never let you run out. If you keep on giving it away, he STILL will continue to give you more and more. Its so mindboggling at how much we really do mean to him. He wants us to understand that and accept and believe that for ourselves, thats why I sat there admiring that tree of flowers because he wanted me to see and realize for myself how much LOVE he really does have for me. So today I am honestly thankful for this unending love that he is constantly giving me. I am thankful that when i have run out, he fills me up even more than before. I am thankful he has opened my eyes to see more of who I am in him and who HE is in ME.
